Karen Kay

Karen Kay studied organ with Madeleine Gaylor during high school in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and with Lenora McCroskey during college at Harvard University. After graduating from Columbia Law School, she pursued a legal career in Boston, with 5 years in private practice and 30 years with Putnam Investments. A member of Old West Church since 1985, she has occasionally served as substitute organist there and has been a Director of the Old West Organ Society since 2004.  She began studying with Christian Lane in 2019.
